Half Term Three
Our topic this half term was 'A Child's War'. We explored what it was like to be a child during World War 2. We looked at evacuation in Britain, the lives of German and Jewish children, and propaganda. As part of this topic our class novel was 'The Boy in Striped Pyjamas'.
As part of our topic work we visited Eden Camp,
where we explored first hand what life was like during World War 2.
