Crucial Crew
Crucial Crew is an effective vehicle for promoting a multi-agency partnership approach to young people's safety. . They provide an interactive way of teaching young people to become more aware of personal safety. They advise yung people how to react responsibly to dangerous situations and allow young people to practice safety skills in an exciting, stimulating and safe environment.
The objective is to increase knowledge of personal safety and learn how to respond when confronted with a dangerous situation.

The event provides a number of different scenarios reflecting real life issues, involving the children in role-play situations. Scenarios are provided by different agencies displaying emergency situations which children may encounter in the future. |

A booklet is provided which can be used by teachers and pupils alike in follow up work, to reinforce the safety messages presented to the young people.
