Tweddles Farm Winter Wonderland
Caterpillars had a magical time at Tweddles farm. We had a ride on Santa's train driven by elves ! We went on a wonderful winter walk before meeting Santa Claus himself. A big thank you to all of the staff at Tweddles farm for making lovely memories for all our children and staff too!

Children in Need 2017
A big thank you for supporting this very worthy cause again this year. The charity's vision is that every child in the UK has a childhood which is safe, happy and secure and allows them the chance to reach their potential. The children had lots of fun in their spotty clothes, we danced with Pudsey, painted spotty pictures, then made Pudsey hats and cakes.

Happy Halloween
There has been some strange comings and goings in Caterpillars and nursery this week. We all dressed up in scary costumes, helped make and eat pumpkin soup. We joined in lots of spooky crafts too 
Visit to Ward Jackson Park
Caterpillars had a fantastic visit to the park searching for mini beasts. We enjoyed a woodland walk and hid some of our painted stones, we even found some too ! A trip to the pond to feed the wildfowl before a visit to the café for a quick snack. We had a great time exploring the fallen leaves and even had time for a play on the playground. What a busy but lovely day Caterpillars, the weather was nice too !!!

Talk Matters Event
A big thank you to all families and friends who supported our event and hope you had fun learning about the importance of early talk and interaction. Remember to keep a look out for other similar events to share with your child.
Animal Story
Animal Story offer exceptional animal workshops for all ages . The sessions encourage an interest in wildlife and the natural world around us. This week they visited Caterpillars. Take a look at some the creatures we met!
