Important Information
In year 2 we do PE on a Wednesday.
Please ensure your child has their kit in school for their PE lesson every week.
Parents / Carers - What you can do to help at home
Reading -
We expect children to read at home 4 times per week. This is monitored in class and includes evenings, weekends and even mornings before school. Read with your child and ensure you sign their purple reading record. If children don't read at home 4 times throughout the week they are asked to catch up missed reading sessions in their break time for a maximum of 5 minutes per day. This ensures they still get most of their breaktime and we can support their reading progress.
