Reading at Home
Sharing a book.
Each week on a Wednesday, the children will visit the school library and choose a book to share with you at home. This book can be kept at home for the week and I am sure the children will all enjoy sharing stories and learning new things from the books the they have chosen.
Please could the books be returned each week on a Wednesday as the children will then visit the library again and will be able to exchange their book for a new one.
Phonics books
Each week, the children will bring home a book that they have been reading in their reading sessions in school. This is a chance for the children to show you what they have been learning and read the book to you.
These books will need returning the following week so that they children can exchange it and bring home their new book.
