A big thank you to all our parents who attended the parent meeting on Friday. If you have any more questions please pop in and see Mrs Parkinson, Mrs Wager or Miss Lahney.
How can you help at home?
Your child should be reading at home every night, if possible for about 15 minutes. This helps to build their fluency (speed of reading) and stamina (how long they can read for). Record a brief comment in the yellow reading log. (Look on the back page for suggestions of what to write).
Important information
P.E. Is on a Wednesday afternoon. Please make sure your child has a P.E. kit in school.
Homework is given on a Tuesday to be returned Friday. If homework is not completed, your child will need to do this in their own break time or lunchtime. Please ask us if you need any help.
