Me and My Family
Being Me in My World
Our first topic this new school year is All About Me- Me and My Family and being me in the world. This is to help children learn about each other and each other’s' families!
This half term we have looked at our bodies, how we move and grow, we have explored the nursery indoor and outdoor environment using our senses. We have shared feelings and emotions, practiced sharing and taking turns
This topic helps children to begin to realise that every person is unique and special. Differences should be celebrated.
They also learn that every child's thoughts and ideas are important and no one person is more or less important than another! We had lots of fun too!
