Half-term 4
Darwin's Delights
This half-term we will be taking an exciting voyage with Charles Darwin and his crew on the Beagle. We will be finding out about the many fascinating creatures he studied on his voyage and learning about his theory of natural selection. We will also be carrying out research into the way that certain living things have adapted to their habitats in order to survive.
Class Novel
Kensuke's Kingdom - Michael Morpurgo
This half-term we are reading Kensuke's Kingdom. This is the story of Michael, a young boy who is washed up on an island in the Pacific. We are really enjoying what we have read so far and we are looking forward to finding out more about the mysterious Kensuke!
