PE Day

Children in reception have their PE lessons on Thursday and Monday. Mondays as Please ensure that your child has the correct PE kit in school -

• White T- Shirt
• Black Shorts
• Gym Shoes
• Please can you check that the gym shoes still fit if your child has had a growth spurt and check that names haven't washed out.

Homework Day

Homework will be given out on a Monday and should be returned to school the following Thursday. Please place in the completed homework basket on the way in to school.

If you need any help or support with your child's homework, please speak to your child's class teacher.

Reading Books

When your child has read their reading book to you and is confident with the text, please place it in the basket in the cloakroom area. The book will then be changed the same day for you.It is really important that you sign your child's home reading record each time they read and send it into school inside their book.When your child has read at home twenty times these are entered into a draw .Your child may be the winner. Please make it a priority to hear your child read every day.
