Revolution
Our topic this term is 'Revolution'. We will be studying the key developments that led to the industrial revolution, particularly the development of the railways, and the impact that this had on people during the Victorian era.
The Victorian Railways
History
In history, we researched the key factors that contributed towards the Industrial Revolution, including the development of the railways and improved agriculture. We produced reports to show our findings.
Art
In art, we have been looking at the work of William Morris, a famous Victorian artist. We have tried our hand at screen printing our own nature designs, inspired by Morris.
