Important Information
- Homework
In Year 1 homework is handed out on Tuesday and should be returned on Friday. Homework is one piece of maths work and a piece of spelling work that we have been focusing on in class.
- Reading
Children are expected to read their book at least four times a week.
Books will be changed 2x per week to develop confidence and fluency when re-reading texts. (Tuesdays and Fridays)

P.E
In Year 1 children will have their P.E. lesson every Wednesday morning. Please ensure your child has a P.E. kit if you have not already brought one to school.
