Term 1
This half term we are learning about the human body in our Cornerstones Topic, ‘Burps, Bottoms and Bile.’ As part of this topic we are conducting science investigations and we are making fact files about our teeth.
We will be looking at Place Value as part of our maths curriculum this term and short burst writing as part of our english curriculum. We are reading books related to our topic this term such as Funny Bones and Demon Dentist.
In music we will be looking at famous artists and listening to a range of different pieces of music.
In DT we will be designing and making our own healthy picnic.
In Art we will be creating portraits of ourselves.
