Grow, Persevere, Succeed. Be the best you can be!

Term 1

Happy New term from Caterpillars

Our topic this term asks the question

“Why do you love me so much ?”

We will be looking at families, love, and how people are the same and different. We will explore friendships, our homes and local community. We will share our love of nature and animals and how to take care of our environment.

Tweddles Farm Visit

Another  wonderful festive visit to Tweddles farm this December. We had a ride on Santa's tractor driven by elves. It took us to a Christmas  grotto where we got to meet Santa Claus himself! We got to meet and feed some animals and also explore the playground. What a busy day!

Congratulations to all of the pupils who took part in our nativity this year.  I am sure you will all agree, they were all fantastic! Thanks also to all of our families for their support and attendance.

Macmillan Coffee Morning

People and communities are an important aspect of development starting with our families, school and local community. Caterpillars joined in with this worthy cause by making cakes to raise money at our school coffee morning. Take a look!

National Fitness Day 2018

Caterpillars loved  joining with the rest of the school on National Fitness Day and they also got to practise their listening and attention skills. The day links into our goal to promote physical activity for early years. Every movement counts !
