Reading
Children in Year 1 participate in reading groups on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
We will give reading practice books out on a Friday.
Library Day is Wednesday.
Please sign the purple reading card each night when your child has read their reading practice book to you and send your child into school with their book bag, reading practice book, library book and purple reading card each day.
If you child brings in these things and their reading record is signed, they will move up the reading ladder! At the end of the week, we will celebrate 5* readers in class. Look out for this post on the Class Story on Dojo.
