Breakfast Club

Grange Primary School operates a free breakfast club each morning from 8.00-8.30am in our school hall. There is no booking system currently for this, children are able to turn up at the main school office for entry. 

Children will be offered healthy breakfast choices such as toast, cereal, yoghurts and fruit. 

After School Club

Our after school club operates from the end of the school day until 6pm each evening. The cost is £5.00 per session. 

Children have a designated after school room with a range of activities including craft and colouring, games, small world play and access to a Playstation. Children are also able to spend time outdoors. 

During the session, children will be provided with a meal which changes daily. Sample meals include sandwiches, pizza, chicken nuggets and pasta for example.

Working parents can claim working tax credit which is a 20% saving on their childcare costs. They claim for this through ChildcareChoices. If a parent claims Universal Credit (working parents) they may be able to claim up to 85% of their childcare costs back. Please ask your job coach about the childcare element of Universal Credit. Wraparound Care is included as a childcare cost.
